24/7 Access
From any computer with Internet access, your customer can access your website and click the AutoStar PortalPay® link to make a payment. Your customer has convenient 24/7 access to your payment account, a feature that is especially attractive to those with PassTime™ or iPay™ devices.

Recurring Payments / Multiple Balances
PortalPay offers recurring payment functionality. Your customers can choose to have their payment automatically applied to their account through ACH (checking and savings account) processing or via their credit card. Customers can also make payments against all balances (side note, primary, pickup payment) separately.

Works Seamlessly With AutoStar
AutoStar immediately updates AutoStar PortalPay® regarding customer status. When a customer’s account is locked, or payment options are restricted, AutoStar PortalPay® instantly adjusts to reflect that status. Contract changes entered into AutoStar that affect recurring payments are communicated to the portal immediately. If a due date or amount changes, the recurring payment feature is stopped immediately and the administrator is sent an email alert about the situation.

Portal Accounts
Customers have centralized account management. From his or her AutoStar PortalPay® account, your customer can see all contracts to which he/she is a party. All buyers, co-buyers, and co-signers can have separate portal accounts from which they make and view payments. These accounts are set up and secured separately.

Bad Checks & Fees
Bad checks and fees are processed automatically through the portal. Fees and amounts are charged back to the customer’s AutoStar loan account.

Compliance
The system is compliant with all federal and state laws on e-payments.

AutoStar’s merchant service providers are PAYTEK Solutions (ACH) and Authorize.net (credit).
